It was an enormous burden for Moses to lead the nation of Israel by himself. He could not handle the task single-handedly. As organizations, churches, and businesses grow, they become increasingly sophisticated and complex. Because of the growth, complexity, sophistication, and conflicting needs, no longer can one leader make all the decisions or manage the organization or business or church effectively. It was at this point that Moses appointed leaders from each tribe to help him lead the nation of Israel. "Moses continued, "At that time I told you, 'You are too great a burden for me to carry all by myself. The Lord your God has increased your population, making you as numerous as the stars! And may the LORD, the God of your ancestors, multiply you a thousand times more and bless you as he promised! But you are such a heavy load to carry! How can I deal with all your problems and bickering? Choose some well-respected men from each tribe who are known for their wisdom and understanding, and I will appoint them as your leaders.' (Deuteronomy 1:9-13) Instructed and led by the Holy Spirit, the CVIM family members have chosen the above leaders, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, to lead and manage the operation and affairs of Christ's Victory International Mission of Liberia with love and honesty. Please keep these men in your prayer because without your prayer, encouragement, and love they will become weak and fall by the way side.
