"Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain.  Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain." (Psalm 127:1-2)   Apparently, it is the Lord who provides shelter, security, and sustenance for our orphans.  Glory to God because His providence is greater than our needs and wants. 

Since 1998, Christ's Victory International Mission of Liberia has been renting three buildings in Monrovia, Liberia's capitol city for the following reasons: 1) Orphanage, 2) School, and 3) Worship center.   The leases on these buildings have been a financial burden on the ministry. 

Fortunately, the Lord provides resources through our faithful friends and donors, and we have purchased the total of 40 acres of land in the Monrovia vicinities.  The ministry has designated certain portion of the 40 acres  for the following ministry purposes: 1)  Fifteen acres for two orphanage buildings, a vocational/Technical school, and a clinic; 2) Three acres of land in Monrovia for the mother Church , primary and secondary school, Multipurpose building, faculty buildings, and a Library, 3) Twelve acres of land in Margibi County  for a Christian Liberal Arts College, Dorms for both sexes,  faculty buildings,  a multipurpose building, a Clinic, and Sport facilities.  Our first  project, orphanage, is 95% complete.  We are grateful to those donors who have contributed to the erection of the CVIM-CHILDREN OF HOPE ORPHANAGE.  Please see photos of our new orphanage building under construction.  Our God is awesome!
